  • Return Window: 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

How to Return Your Order

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll send you instructions and a return address.

  4. Ship the product back in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we’ll help resolve it.

  • Damaged Items: If your air freshener arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.
